RYTTC Social Publisher (“the App”) is an internal tool operated by Rishikesh Yoga Teacher Training Center (“we”, “us”) at https://social-ai.rishikeshyttc.com. It helps our staff prepare and publish our own social media posts and videos to our own accounts. The App is not offered to the public and does not serve third-party users.
1. Who can use the App
Access is limited to an allow-list of our staff who sign in with a Google account. There is no public registration.
2. Information we process
- Staff sign-in data: the name and email address of the Google account used to sign in, to check the allow-list and record an audit log.
- Content from our own website: text from public pages of rishikeshyttc.com, used to write accurate posts.
- Our own media: photos and videos that we own, stored in our Google Drive folder for the App.
- Connection credentials: when the owner of one of our social accounts connects it (for example our YouTube channel), we store the resulting OAuth token, encrypted, so the App can publish on our behalf.
- Publishing records: the IDs, status and time of the posts and videos we published through the App.
We do not collect, analyse or store data about other YouTube users or their channels, and we do not sell or share any of the above with third parties.
3. YouTube API Services
The App uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to our own YouTube channel after a staff member approves them. By connecting the channel, the channel owner agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s Privacy Policy applies to data handled by Google.
- The only YouTube permission requested is the ability to upload videos to our channel.
- Data obtained through YouTube API Services is used only to upload and track our own videos. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or sold or transferred to anyone.
- Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Revoking access and deleting data
- You can revoke the App’s access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- You can also disconnect the channel inside the App. When you do, the stored token is deleted.
- To request deletion of any other data we hold about you (for example your staff sign-in record), contact us using the details below. We will act on verified requests promptly.
- Stored tokens that are no longer needed are deleted. Publishing records are kept for our own accounting and troubleshooting.
5. Security
Tokens and other secrets are encrypted at rest, the App is served over HTTPS, access is restricted to allow-listed staff, and administrative actions are logged.
6. Service providers
The App runs on our own server. It uses Google (sign-in, Drive, YouTube) and, to draft post text, a generative AI service. Only text from our own public website is sent to the AI service; no staff or viewer personal data is sent.
7. Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
